A little about me and how I help founders

I'm Meghan, a Staff Product Designer based in Long Beach,

I help founders turn complex challenges into clear, scalable experiences. From AI tools to onboarding flows, I help teams build clarity, trust, and traction.

Design is one of the most underleveraged growth levers in early-stage and scaling companies. It’s not just about how things look, it’s about how clearly your product communicates value, how quickly users find success, and how confidently they come back. Here's how I help:

Humanize AI and technical tools so users can trust and adopt them

Clarify value propositions and early messaging to help users quickly understand why your product matters

Uncover UX friction and optimize onboarding for faster activation

Create collaborative, visual roadmaps that help your team rally around what to build next

Align product workflows with your team’s actual goals

Identify activation gaps and reduce churn through experience audits and journey mapping

Support your team through growth plateaus by refining systems, not just features

In a tight market where every dollar matters, working with a product designer helps you de-risk key decisions: it shortens the time between idea and insight, reduces costly churn by removing user friction, and increases conversion by guiding people toward action.

Whether you're launching something new or refining what already exists, design turns guesswork into clarity, helping you retain users, grow adoption, and build products people actually want to use. It’s not a nice-to-have. It’s what makes the difference between scaling and stalling.

how the work gets done

01

Tell me what you're building and where you need support

Every project is a little different, but they usually kick off by sharing details like:

Needs, wants, risks

Timeline and outputs
a product demo calendar invite with day, time, and guest list
a product demo task item with tags, description, and datea task list for project kickoff with three task items, one completed and two remaining open

We'll work together to build, align, and iterate

Partnership can be as collaborative or hands-off as you need. We’ll align on short- and long-term wins, then prioritize based on user needs and market signals.

Execution: Review, revise, and deliver

After we align on the direction, I design the UI, share mockups for review and revision, and support QA as we move into implementation.

“I was genuinely so impressed with the website you designed!”

I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside Meghan on several projects, and she’s an exceptional UX designer. Her creative instincts are spot on, and she consistently produces designs that are not only visually compelling but also highly intuitive for users. Beyond her design talent, what really sets Meghan apart is her collaborative spirit — she doesn’t hesitate to step up and fill in gaps when a project needs it, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks. Her work is always delivered to a high standard, and having her on a team elevates the entire project. I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for a talented and reliable UX designer.
